Mazushi Raffle/Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Mazushi are not eligible to participate.
Entry: Entries for the raffle must be purchased through the official Mazushi website. Each entry constitutes one chance to win.
Entry Deadline: The deadline for purchasing entries is 200 Entrants or 19/06/24.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
Prize: The prize consists of a mix of shirts, hoodies, stickers, and accessories with a total approximate retail value of $504. Only one winner will be selected.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the notification within 72 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame, another winner may be selected.
Verification: The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Mazushi to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Modification or Termination: Mazushi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle in whole or in part at any time without notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the raffle is not capable of being conducted as intended, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Mazushi.
Release: By participating in the raffle, entrants release and hold harmless Mazushi, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the raffle or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Governing Law: The raffle and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW Fair Trading and Service NSW.
Agreement to Terms: By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
