My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, email us at mazushi.cc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 30 days. We’ll work with you to find a solution, either through a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you’ve placed an order, our team starts processing it fast. If you need to make changes, email us at mazushi.cc@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to help.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our team hustles to get your gear out the door. Orders ship within 1-2 business days. For domestic orders, expect 3-7 business days, and international orders take 7-14 business days. Shipping charges and an exact delivery estimate will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we’ll provide tracking so you can follow your package.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat rate based on your location, with express options available if you’re looking for speed. Check out your shipping options at checkout for the latest rates.
What happens if my package doesn’t arrive?
If your package seems lost, email us at mazushi.cc@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help resolve it with a replacement or refund if needed.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Email us to initiate a return and we’ll provide instructions. Return shipping costs may apply.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Keep in mind, it may take additional time for your bank to complete the transaction. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us for support.
